Regular Carpet Cleaning in Bannockburn
Bannockburn is the largest town in the Golden Plains Shire, a short drive up the Midland Highway from Geelong, and it's one of the places we clean most often outside the city. We've completed more than 500 jobs in Bannockburn since 2021, and we're there most weeks.
Every carpet is cleaned by hot water extraction, with a truck-mounted machine or a portable one where the hoses can't reach. We vacuum first, pre-treat stains and the grey paths through hallways and doorways, then clean, extract and groom the pile so it dries evenly. Allow up to 24 hours for it to dry.
New Estates and Established Homes
Bannockburn has grown quickly, with newer estates around the town alongside established houses closer to the centre. Near-new synthetic carpet and older wool carpet each get a check of the fibre before we choose the products, and we clean a single room or the whole house.

Our Cleaning Services in Bannockburn
Carpet is most of what we do in Bannockburn, but we also clean couches, rugs, mattresses, tiles and windows here. These are the services people book most.
How Often Bannockburn Carpets Need a Clean
The Carpet Institute of Australia recommends a professional clean every 12 to 18 months for carpet in a home. A busy family home with children or pets is worth cleaning at the shorter end of that range, because soil builds up fastest in the hallways and living areas. Our guide on how often carpets should be cleaned has more detail.
Couches and Carpets in One Visit
About a third of our Bannockburn bookings include a couch or other upholstery, and doing it in the same visit saves a second booking. We clean fabric couches, lounge suites, modulars and ottomans, and wool and synthetic rugs after checking the fibre and dyes. We don't clean leather, and we leave viscose, jute and hand-knotted Persian rugs to specialists.
See our couch cleaning and rug cleaning pages for what each clean involves.
Getting Your Bannockburn Home Ready
- Move chairs, side tables and anything small off the carpet. We work around beds and larger pieces.
- Keep pets outside or in another room until the carpet is dry.
- Leave room on the driveway or out the front for our van, since the truck-mounted machine runs from it.
- Let us know about stairs or an upstairs room when you book, so we allow time for them.
