Bond Carpet Cleaning in Geelong

Short Notice Is Often Fine
We fit you in as close to your move-out date as we can. One renter who had left it late was booked in at short notice, and another needed a rental done with only a day's notice.
No Need to Be There
We collect keys from your agent and return them afterwards. If you won't be home, pay online with the payment link in our emailed invoice, and the receipt goes to you and your agent. You'll get an SMS and email the day before, and a text when we're on the way.

What Our End of Lease Carpet Clean Includes
Every vacate clean uses hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. These are the parts of the job, and the extras you can add.
When to Book Your Vacate Carpet Clean
Book the carpet clean for after the furniture and boxes are out, and after any other cleaning that might drip onto the floor. Leave time for the carpet to dry before the final inspection. Allow up to 24 hours, and open the windows to help it dry.
Check your condition report from when you moved in, and let us know about any marks that were already there. It helps us focus on what the agent will compare.
How a Vacate Clean Works With Us
- Get a quote. Tell us the number of bedrooms, living areas and stairs, and any stains or pet issues. Photos help.
- Book your date. We confirm by email and send an SMS and email the day before.
- Keys and access. Be there, leave access, or we collect the keys from your agent.
- The clean. Pre-vacuum, pre-treatment, hot water extraction and grooming.
- Receipt and keys. We email the receipt to you or your agent and return the keys.
Do You Have to Get the Carpets Professionally Cleaned in Victoria?
You may not have to. For rental agreements that started on or after 29 March 2021, Consumer Affairs Victoria's guideline on cleanliness (Word document) says a rental provider can only require professional cleaning at the end of a tenancy in two situations:
- the property was professionally cleaned immediately before your tenancy began, and you were told so; or
- professional cleaning is needed to return the property to the condition it was in at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear and going by the condition report.
The guideline gives wine or urine stains in the carpet as an example of when professional cleaning may be needed. This is general information only. Check your lease, your condition report and the guideline, or ask your agent, before you decide.
If you do book a clean, keep the receipt. The Carpet Institute of Australia also notes that carpet warranties often set a cleaning method and frequency, which is useful for landlords to know.

How much does end of lease carpet cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, stairs and any stain or odour treatment. Call 0418 120 387 or use the form for a quote. Customers often mention the final price was exactly as quoted.
Can you collect the keys from my real estate agent?
Yes. We can collect keys from your agent, clean the carpets, then return the keys when we're finished. We can often collect from another local address or your workplace too.
Will you send the receipt to my agent?
Yes. We email the receipt to you, and we can send it directly to your real estate agent as proof of completion.
Will I get my bond back?
That's up to your agent or landlord, and carpet is only one part of the inspection. Several of our customers have told us they received their full bond. If you aren't happy with an area we cleaned, we'll re-clean it at no extra charge.
Can my landlord make me get the carpets professionally cleaned?
For Victorian rental agreements from 29 March 2021, only in limited cases: if the property was professionally cleaned right before you moved in and you were told, or if it's needed to return the carpet to its starting condition allowing for fair wear and tear. Consumer Affairs Victoria gives wine or urine stains as an example. This is general information, so check your lease and condition report.
Should all the furniture be out before you clean?
Yes. When you're vacating, it's best to have all furniture and belongings out of the carpeted rooms so we can clean every part of the floor.
Can you get pet urine and old stains out?
Most stains improve a lot. Urine and some dyes can permanently change the carpet's colour, so we'll tell you before we start if a mark is unlikely to come out completely.
